These shoes were recommended to me several years ago for my daily run/walk exercise routine. I have narrow feet with bunions and plantar fasciitis, so finding the right exercise shoe is very important for me. These are perfect and keep me out of pain and outside doing what I love each day. I recommend sizing up a whole size if you are using these for a regular exercise routine. That is something I learned many years ago when I was training for races. I don't train anymore, however, having that extra room keeps your toes and feet in the best comfort and room possible and you do not feel like a clown I promise!I bought these as recommended from my Podiatrist for heel pain. I wish they were a little wider even though I ordered Xtra wideI have been wearing mizuno wave riders for almost 20 years. These shoes are comfortable and perform great for running or everyday wear. But they do seem to be a half size too small compared previous pairs of wave riders that I have owned.Great shoes!I have been wearing the Mizuno Waveknit Wave Rider running shoe for 3+ years. My typical show size is 8 M and with the Waveknit 22 and 23 I am a size 9. Unfortunately, the new style is much tighter and after many trials I finally settled with the 9.5. I would recommend going up 1/2 size compared to your older Mizuno shoes. Regardless, I am finally happy with the fit and comfort. Always a great shoe that is supportive.Loved this shoe! I have a low arch and this fits well. Nikes make my foot hurt/go numb, I switch to this brand about 5 or so years ago and haven’t looked back. I’m 5’5 normally 135-140lbs with an athletic build. I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant and sitting at 168lbs though.When not pregnant, I was running 3-6miles about times a week. Pregnant I’m going for 2-2.5 mile walks every day. These shoes are still going strong and comfortable!Arrived timely, product exactly as described, no issues with the seller. Wife has had several pairs of these shoes as she runs regularly, so we would recommend both the shoes and the seller.I have purchased these specific shoes 3 times, just in different years, and they are my favorite running shoes. Very light and comfortable.I have loved and worn Mizuno shoes for years; shoe after shoe and never had a blister or aching legs. With this shoe, on my first outing (same socks etc.) I got a huge heal blister, the shoe felt quite tight (same size as all my other shoes) and after only two days of wearing them my legs are aching. My feet feel every strike, when I change back to my old Mizuno's I feel like I'm floating on a cloud in comparison. Now, $180 poorer I'm looking to buy another pair. Comment puis-je vraiment avoir des 39 si vos descriptions sont erronées.
