This was my first time buying Baleaf and I was looking for running/gym shorts with a slightly bigger fit than the usual brand I buy from. I normally buy an XL, decided to go with an XXL based on the reviews that these run small. I dunno. I think an XL would have been ok but I LOVE the loose fit and how it gives it a longer inseam. They are longer in the back—and I have a huge butt lol.I don’t plan on wearing them for water activities but I definitely will get a ton of use from them for physical activities and just lounging around.The pocket on the inner lining is a nice touch—could use a zipper or another pocket elsewhere.The bonus of having gone up a size is the inner lining isn’t tight at all but just right. It’s quite long, like wearing boy shorts.The wine color is really pretty too and now I have my eyes on the navy pair! Definitely recommend them.
