My first pair of Saucony triumph IOS 2 were getting a bit broken down. I had owned other shoes which I wore, too, but had recently gone back to these and wore them constantly for exercise.1. They run small. But knowing that from my last purchase, I bought the current pair in a full size larger than other shoes I own.2. They have a rounded toe box. This is perfect for me. I like to wear toe socks and put my doctor made custom orthotic over the existing insole. This gives me lots of room for all of that.3. They have a comfortable 8mm offset which is perfect for me. I have less hip and knee pain. Plus I feel as if my gait is more natural.4. They have a nice cushioning to them and feel very comfortable. Almost as if propelling me forward.5. There's no additional stitching on the sides which work well if you have bunions and don't want anything touching them. The material covering the toe box is nice flexible and well ventilated.I am glad I upgraded to this new IOS 5 version.
