Very springy and comfortable. I have only walked in them so far. I like the simple lacing mechanism. I have wide feet, so my pinky toes are rubbing on the side of the toe box. My previous Nikes were wider, but perhaps I'd stretched them out over the 4 years I've been wearing them.
