It gives your thighs enough compressions.The pocket is good, and it adds a cover design that other brands don't have. Therefore, your mobile phone can be well fixed in strenuous exercise, and will not fall out, greatly increasing security.I've cleaned it a few times and it has no significant shrinkage or expansion.Overall, it's great for exercise and doesn't limit your range of motion. Good shorts and worth the price.I love love love these pants. They are very soft and have the perfect amount of stretch. Just enough to make my butt and waist look great without restricting movement. The material is great for preventing thigh chafing and the two pockets hold my keys and phone securely. Each pocket is even big enough to hold my large phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 9) without it sticking out.These are great quality. They are a thick material which I appreciate and go up to my belly button.I’m 158 lbs and got size L. I probably could have fit into an XL as well but my plan is to lose weight. They do not fit too tight around my thighs.I only wish they had more colors.i cycle 5 times a week in studio and these are amazing. stay in place, fit comfortably and they don’t show sweat! i want them in every color.Very comfortable to wear all day!
